Duly Health and Care in Glen Ellyn, IL is hiring a Patient Access Conversion Specialist to join our physician-led team onsite. You will handle high-volume outbound calls, assist with scheduling, and ensure a welcoming patient experience while updating the Electronic Health Record (EPIC).

Aufgaben

• Make High volume outbound phone calls to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Patient Scheduling and transportation assistance.
• Acknowledges and welcomes patients and visitors.
• Sets the tone for a positive experience.
• Verifies patient information, while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC).
• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
• Reviewing schedule.
• Pre-screen patients based on departmental protocol.
• Monitor schedules daily, ensuring that all open slots are filled on the same day.
• Daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports.
• Review the Daily Appointment Report and prepare charts as appropriate.
