Responsibilities

• Responds to questions, concerns, and escalates issues when needed.
• Collects and verifies patient demographics and schedules appointments across NMHC systems.
• Performs medical necessity checks and explains options if appointments fail.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA and adheres to policies.
• Communicates effectively with departments and physicians offices to direct patients.
• Participates in quality assurance reviews and supports process improvements.
