Responsibilities

• Welcome callers for MedStar Care Connection; record patient information and schedule appointments
• Assist and troubleshoot scheduling by subspecialty or location
• Cross-sell locations or physicians per protocol
• Maintain knowledge of Centricity Business, MedConnect EMR and related systems
• Respond to inquiries and ensure complete communication with internal and external customers
