Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Register new patients and update demographics in the EMR.
• Verify identity and insurance information; collect copays and balances.
• Assist with portal enrollment and patient forms.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and referrals.
• Scan documents and ensure accurate revenue cycle data.
• Communicate with providers and care teams; maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with end-of-day reconciliation.
