Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, guests, and family members.
• Create, activate, and complete scheduling, clinic registration, or hospital admission processes.
• Ensure all forms are completed and paperwork is accurate.
• Gather and input demographic and financial information; explain insurance benefits and collect payments.
• Inform patients of financial responsibility after analysis.
• Balance cash drawer; prepare deposits and daily closing of cash drawer.
• Respect colleagues and prevent conflicts; maintain privacy and professional communication.
• Adapt communication to patient population and obtain permissions as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
