You will schedule appointments, verify patient information, and communicate services clearly, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficient patient experience.

You will coordinate with departments, maintain accurate records, and support pre-visit workflows, insurance checks, and follow-up outreach in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for patients and answer calls promptly.
• Enter and update demographic information in the EHR.
• Inform patients of required documentation for appointments.
• Provide clear, supportive responses to patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage and update pre-visit information.
• Maintain documentation of communication and activities.
• Coordinate outreach to cancel or reschedule appointments and follow up after ER referrals.
• Assist with pre-visit workflow and administrative duties as needed.
