• Registers patients and enters data to enable full registration for appointments.
• Maintains patient scheduling and sets appointments per guidelines.
• Routes messages to appropriate departments and providers.
• Performs cashiering for co-pays and patient payments.
• Acts as care team member coordinating patient care.
