University of Florida Jacksonville Physicians, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented clerical professional to support patient services across registration, scheduling, and records in a health care setting.

You will greet patients, perform data entry, manage messages, and coordinate with providers and staff to ensure accurate, timely information and smooth clinic operations. Prior data entry and clerical experience in health care are preferred.

Formación

• Two years of data entry experience preferred.
• Clerical or customer service experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Experience with third-party payors and data entry in a health care environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and maintains all clerical aspects of medical records.
• Performs registration interviews and direct data entry for new and established patients.
• Manages patient scheduling and appointments.
• Receives and directs messages to appropriate personnel; coordinates with departments and physicians.
