• Process co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due; safeguard payments.
• Handle Medicare/insurance verification and eligibility; obtain necessary signatures.
• Schedule appointments and manage appointment queues across multiple sources.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and secure handling of information.
• Assist with pre-registration tasks and ensure accurate demographic and insurance data.
