Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and prep activities.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare patient charts.
• Check-in patients and verify demographic data.
• Collect and post co-payments and balances.
• Schedule tests and procedures and coordinate labs.
• Explain billing to patients according to policies.
• Answer calls and disseminate messages.
