Responsibilities

• Check-in/out patients and post charges and payments.
• Schedule tests and procedures and coordinate labs as requested.
• Explain billing policies to patients and collect co-payments.
• Distribute and file patient records and related documents.
• Answer calls, relay messages to physicians and staff.
