Responsibilities

• Greets customers and facilitates patient registration in a timely, professional manner
• Interviews patients to obtain demographic and financial information
• Collects patient co-payments and down payments and reconciles cash drawer
• Answers phone, schedules appointments, and refers to clinical team as needed
• Maintains order in work queues and ensures accurate data entry
• Interacts with patients and colleagues with care and empathy
• Sanitizes equipment and restocks supplies
• Performs other clerical duties as assigned
