You will liaise between patients and Virtual Registration Representatives, schedule follow-up visits, and provide cost estimates for upcoming appointments.

The role requires strong customer service, completion of registration tasks, and coordination with the care team.

Qualifications

• No educational requirement.
• Experience as Patient Access Representative or Patient Scheduler preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain complete demographic and financial information.
• Complete patient checkout and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Provide patients with cost estimates and itineraries for upcoming appointments.
• Update patient information in the medical record and manage data accuracy.
• Answer incoming calls and assist the clinical team as needed.
