Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years Call Center/financial counseling experience.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• Proficient with Epic, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid; CPT/ICD-9 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls and provides information and assistance.
• Schedules and confirms appointments; reschedules when needed.
• Verifies and collects insurance and demographic information.
• Maintains a courteous, patient-centered service attitude.
• Routes calls to appropriate staff and monitors queues.
• Supports triage and scheduling for medical, behavioral, and dental services.
