Responsibilities

• Greets and assists visitors with professionalism and builds patient loyalty.

• Screens patients for safety, collects and verifies demographic, billing, and insurance data.
• Records information into the EMR system and processes payments and co-pays.
• Schedules appointments and ensures timely patient flow and PPE compliance.
• Maintains accurate cash handling and supports billing and collection activities.
