Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years customer service or medical office experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-first customer service and support across departments.
• Respond to questions and concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance eligibility.
• Complete out-of-pocket estimations and financial discussions.
