Responsibilities

• Schedules patients for procedures, post-operative and pre-admission testing, and follow-ups.
• Notifies patients of scheduled procedures with complete details.
• Maintains scheduling applications and patient data; coordinates resources and staff.
• Communicates schedules daily and updates staff with revisions.
• Coordinates paperwork, preauthorization, referrals, and vendor deliveries as needed.
