Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access) required.

Responsibilities

• Answers, screens and processes a high volume of calls in a professional manner.
• Utilizes scheduling system to schedule appointments and updates patient demographics.
• Informs patients of preparation for scheduled visits and required documents.
• Coordinates data for efficient scheduling of visits, tests and procedures.
• Records and forwards messages to providers and staff; triages urgent requests.
