• Preferred: experience as Patient Access Representative or Patient Scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients to obtain demographic and financial information.
• Collects insurance and identification documents and updates medical records.
• Manages point of service data collection, including co-payments and deposits.
• Maintains work queues and provides high level customer service.
• Answers calls, schedules appointments, and coordinates with clinical team.
• Cleans and restocks registration equipment; performs other clerical duties.
