Job summary

• Abilities: Work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with strong confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients for visits and explains the enrollment process.
• Processes payments (co-pays/coinsurance/deductibles) and safeguards cash and receipts.
• Completes insurance/coverage steps and obtains signatures on required forms.
• Schedules, reschedules, and verifies patient appointments; maintains clinical department scheduling protocols.
• Ensures confidential handling of patient information and maintains a welcoming registration area.
