Responsibilities

• Answers, screens and processes a high volume of calls professionally using scripts and triage guidelines.
• Schedules appointments using centralized scheduling systems and verifies/updates patient information.
• Obtains necessary referrals and documents payer information.
• Informs patients of required visit preparations and documents/notes from other providers.
• Coordinates scheduling resources to optimize staff, space, and timing for visits.
