Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service role.
• Strong communication and data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Register new and established outpatients, verify information and collect co-payments.
• Status appointments at check-in and ensure charges post.
• Provide patient status updates and assist with scheduling.
• Greet patients, maintain waiting areas, answer phones using AIDET.
• Collaborate with Access Center to schedule patients.
• Float to other areas as needed.
• Administer MSPQ survey to Medicare patients.
