Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers, screens, and processes a high volume of calls in a professional manner.
• Uses scheduling system to schedule appointments and updates patient information.
• Transmits messages to providers and staff; triages urgent requests as needed.
• Verifies referrals, payer information, and prepares patients for visits.
