• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS).

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Coordinate benefits and communicate with payers and patients.
• Manage patient flow and ensure accurate financial and demographic records.
• Support infection control and safety programs.
