Qualifications

• Patient access and registration processes
• Interpersonal communication with patients and staff
• Basic data collection and accuracy in records

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients to obtain demographics and financial info
• Obtain insurance copies and update medical records
• Collect co-pays and reconcile cash drawer
• Maintain work queues per supervisor
• Provide high levels of customer service to patients and colleagues
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist clinical team as needed
• Sanitize equipment and restock supplies
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned
