You will manage high-volume calls, schedule appointments, verify patient data in EPIC, and support a positive patient experience. The role emphasizes service excellence, integrity, and efficient, policy-compliant performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of patient/client-facing experience.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrates excellence in customer service and satisfaction levels for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Answers heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Patient Appointment Scheduling.
• Sets the tone for a positive experience.
• Verifies patient information, while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC).
• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
• Reviewing schedule.
• Pre-screen patients based on departmental protocol.
• Monitor schedules daily, ensuring that all open slots are filled on the same day.
• Daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports.
• Review the Daily Appointment Report and prepare charts as appropriate.
