Duly Health and Care in Aurora, IL seeks a Patient Access Conversion Specialist to manage high-volume calls, schedule appointments, and verify patient information in EPIC.

You will set a welcoming tone, screen patients, and monitor daily schedules to fill open slots the same day.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of patient/client-facing experience.
• Customer focus: Demonstrates excellence in customer service and satisfaction levels for internal and external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Answers heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Patient Appointment Scheduling.
• Sets the tone for a positive experience.
• Verifies patient information, while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC).
• Reviews the schedule and pre-screens patients based on departmental protocol.
• Monitors schedules daily to fill open slots the same day.
• Daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports.
• Reviews the Daily Appointment Report and prepares charts as appropriate.
