Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of customer service and/or clerical experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, full-time role with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service while handling patient registration and scheduling.
• Verify insurance, demographics; support billing and patient safety.
• Schedule appointments and reschedule cancellations as needed.
• Manage referrals for multiple clinics and follow policies.
• Answer calls, direct calls, and relay messages in Epic.
• Be a collaborative, proactive team member and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in QA and reduce errors in registration workflows.
• Precept new coworkers; respond to patient messages and clinic notices.
• Perform other admin tasks as needed.
