Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage changes (cancel/reschedule) per guidelines.
• Register patients with demographics and guarantor info.
• Coordinate services across locations and departments.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and staff professionally.
• Identify patient needs and offer alternative providers or locations.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure correct provider/time slot.
