Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Service Center Supervisor in Austin to oversee centralized appointment scheduling, registration operations, and operator activities. You will lead staffing, training, and process improvements to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.

The role requires managing physician schedules, directing call routing, and monitoring departmental metrics while maintaining confidentiality and quality service for patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years in progressively responsible customer service roles.
• Two years supervisory experience in a call center preferred.
• Experience in medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, directs and ensures accurate scheduling of physician schedules.
• Hires, trains, monitors and evaluates staff; compiles departmental data.
• Oversees incoming call routing for the Operator team.
• Oversees the Registration team and ensures insurance verification quality.
• Oversees orientation/training and staffing coverage for vacations and peak loads.
• Maintains confidentiality and ensures excellent patient interactions.
