Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized appointment scheduling and physician schedules.
• Direct and train scheduling staff; manage performance.
• Ensure accurate insurance verification and auditing workflows.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet call volume and metrics.
• Monitor daily workload and productivity; report to the Director.
• Improve patient access and streamline staff workflows.
• Manage software and troubleshooting for department tools.
