This role emphasizes clear communication with patients and providers, timely appointment scheduling, and safeguarding patient privacy. A positive, patient-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, OR a minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• 1 Year customer service experience in a fast-paced medical office preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer routine questions, register patients, and maintain records and accounts.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers and ensure efficient office operations.
• Schedule appointments to provide timely, accurate, friendly, and clinically appropriate patient access.
