Qualifications

• Experience with Epic or equivalent CTI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients by scheduling outpatient appointments and entering patient information.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, and route messages to appropriate staff.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and referrals across clinics.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient registration and patient flow.
