Qualifications

• Previous Patient Access Representative or Patient Scheduler experience
• Completion of Healthcare Business Insight's Patient Access 2nd Level Certification Program within six months of hire date

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain demographics and financial information for registration
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate with clinical teams
• Collect co-payments, reconcile cash drawer, and report deposits
• Answer calls and manage patient check-in/check-out processes
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned
