Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patient identification, registration, and scheduling with follow-up.
• Pre-registration of patients, including guarantor and insurance verification.
• Coordinate scheduling of services, including ancillary and procedure scheduling.
• Handle incoming calls, follow-up queues, and ticket scheduling.
• Enter data into the permanent electronic health record while talking with patients.
• Collaborate with care teams to provide quality customer service and outcomes.
