Duly Health and Care in Naperville is seeking a Patient Access Conversion Specialist for a full-time, on-site role. You will work 40 hours weekly, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and handle patient outreach, scheduling, and verification in EPIC to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The base pay ranges from $16.34 to $24.52 per hour, with potential bonuses and incentives. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and generous leave options.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Make high-volume outbound calls to fulfill patient needs.
• Schedule appointments and assist with transportation when needed.
• Welcome patients and set a positive experience.
• Verify patient information and document in EPIC.
• Monitor schedules and ensure open slots are filled.
• Pre-screen patients per department protocol.
