Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a Scheduler I to manage a high-volume call queue and coordinate patient appointments across multiple locations. The role involves insurance verification, accurate data collection, and guiding patients through scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling with a focus on customer service and timely care.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with responsibilities spanning registration, referrals, and portal usage.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of prior experience in a contact center or front-facing medical office space preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling across Atlantic Medical Group locations.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect accurate registration data in Epic.
• Triage referrals to appropriate specialties and communicate appointment status to patients.
