Responsibilities

• Handles incoming calls to schedule patient appointments across multiple clinics.
• Makes outbound calls to schedule appointments with specialists.
• Collects patient information for financial and insurance purposes.
• Secures medical records from other providers as needed for visits.
• Schedules in-office procedures and confirms room availability.
