Qualifications

• Previous scheduling or phone customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls to schedule patient appointments across clinics/departments.
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with specialists.
• Gather patient demographics, insurance and account information.
• Secure medical records when needed for appointments.
• Schedule in-office procedures and coordinate room availability.
