Job summary

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with specialists.
• Obtain and secure patient demographics, insurance and liability information prior to service.
• Gather necessary medical records from external providers as needed for care.
• Schedule in-office procedures and arrange rooms as required.
