Formación

• Requires English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing.
• Experience scheduling appointments in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls from patients, families and providers to schedule appointments.
• Schedule across multiple clinics/departments and campuses.
• Make outbound calls to book appointments with specialists.
• Gather insurance and demographic information for scheduling and billing.
