Responsibilities

• Handles incoming phone calls to schedule patient appointments across multiple clinics/departments.
• Makes outbound calls to schedule appointments with specialists.
• Collects patient demographics, insurance and account information for billing.
• Secures medical records as needed for appointments.
• Schedules in-office procedures and room availability.
