Job summary

• Strong intrapersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming phone calls from patients, families and referring providers to schedule patient appointments.
• Makes outbound phone calls to schedule appointments with specialists.
• Collects patient demographics, insurance information and liabilities prior to or on the date of service.
• Secures medical records as needed for care and schedules in-office procedures.
