• Handle incoming calls from patients, families and providers to schedule appointments across multiple clinics.
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with specialists.
• Collect and update patient demographics, insurance and account information for billing.
• Secure required medical records from outside providers when needed.
• Schedule in-office procedures and coordinate room availability.
