You will verify insurance and gather preauth details, then communicate pre-service payment information to the Patient Access team.

Responsabilités

• Handle telecommunications from within and outside the clinic.
• Perform receptionist duties directing patients, visitors and others.
• Obtain and enter all demographic and insurance information prior to services.
• Enter correct information into scheduling software.
• Verify insurance and gather correct preauthorization information.
• Obtain and communicate pre-service payment information to Patient Access staff before service.
