Duke Health is seeking a patient services associate to support daily clinic operations, patient check-in/out, billing, and scheduling. This onsite role requires strong communication, basic data entry, and familiarity with medical terminology.

Training on Maestro Care and PRMO policies will be provided. Ideal candidates will have high school education, at least one year in patient-facing roles, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, while adhering to privacy and billing

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication is required.
• Basic PC and data entry skills are essential.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA rules is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily clinic preparation and patient check-in/out.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare patient charts.
• Post co-payments and manage accounts receivable as directed.
• Explain billing processes to patients per PRMO policies.
• Schedule tests and coordinate labs/procedures as requested.
• Assist in preparing encounter forms and manage documentation.
