Duke Health's Patient Revenue Management Organization seeks an organized, patient-focused clerk to support daily clinic operations at our on-site location in North Carolina. You will coordinate check-in/out, collect co-payments, post charges, and assist with scheduling and referrals.

The role requires strong communication, data entry, and knowledge of medical terminology. Training on Maestro Care and policy-based patient interactions is provided to ensure accurate, timely service.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic PC and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and telephone etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work and interact tactfully with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and preparation activities.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare new patient charts; handle records and cash/billing items.
• Check-in/out patients and verify demographic data; educate patients on required forms.
