Qualifications

• Education requirement: HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Register patients at multiple locations and document demographic data.
• Verify insurance benefits and determine patient financial responsibility.
• Calculate and collect patient dues per policy and arrange payment plans as needed.
• Assist patients to nursing units with directions and mobility support when applicable.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and government payor requirements.
• Escalate service issues to management when necessary.
