Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Health Access professional to support patient access and reimbursement for infused therapies. You will partner with healthcare providers, payers, and care sites to navigate coverage, prior authorizations, and billing considerations.

Ideal candidates have advanced degrees and substantial experience in patient services or access and reimbursement, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirements include advanced degrees with relevant experience.
• Experience in patient services and/or access and reimbursement is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient access and reimbursement support for infused therapies.
• Educate providers and sites of care on coverage pathways and billing.
• Assist with prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Investigate access challenges and escalate complex issues.
