Qualifications

• Experience supporting buy-and-bill or infused pharmaceutical therapies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient access and reimbursement support for infusion and specialty therapies.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers on coverage considerations and prior authorization steps.
• Educate physician offices and sites of care on coverage pathways and billing practices.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Case Management, and Site of Care teams.
